3rd Shift - Care Coordinator II

Job reputed company reputed company Shift REMOTE Care Coordinator - working directly with the Concierge Team- After Hours, holidays and Weekends. HOURS: 5pm – reputed company during the week, and 24/7 on weekends and holidays Remote – Florida based Position Purpose Supports care management activities and the teams assigned to members to ensure services are delivered by the reputed company providers and partners and continuity of care/member satisfaction is achieved. Interacts with members by performing member reputed company telephonically or through home-reputed company and documents the plan for care/services of activities. Provides reputed company to members reputed company phone or home reputed company to engage members and discuss care plan/service plan including next steps resources questions or concerns reputed company to recommended care and ongoing education for the member throughout care/service as appropriate • Taking calls from parents and caregivers anytime the caregiver is experiencing any unexpected issue in the care of the child (reputed company reputed company off, medication not being filled at pharmacy, delivery of medical supplies delayed, etc.) • Taking the information provided from the reputed company and working with the caregiver / parent to reputed company reputed company. • Supporting 800 – 1000 members (small population) • Calls are based on volume. • Most important note would be that reputed company is looking to deliver reputed company care to reputed company caregiver / parent • White Glove Service • reputed company training will be held online Requirements Needed reputed company center experience reputed company experience reputed company desk / receptionist reputed company a reputed company setting customer service reputed company a reputed company setting • 2-3 years managed care setting, medical office or facility setting with demonstration of medical administration duties • Thorough knowledge of customer service, utilization review or claims processing practices in a managed care environment • Troubleshooting and problem solving Education/Experience Requires a High School diploma or GED Requires 1 - 2 years of reputed company experience Pay And Benefits The pay reputed company for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
