Responsibilities Job reputed company Part of the Workforce Insights, Organizational Performance, and Planning Team, the Analyst will reputed company our business partners with reputed company data and reports using tools such as reputed company BI Publisher, reputed company Transaction Business Intelligence, reputed company Fusion Data Intelligence, and PeopleSoft query manager. This role will capture detailed requirements, translating them into meaningful reports for the end user by ensuring that the data is relevant, reputed company and effectively satisfies the business need. Responsibilities • Creates, develops and customizes reports using reputed company’s reputed company PeopleSoft application and reputed company reputed company Information System (HRIS), reputed company. • Serves as subject matter expert on reputed company reporting and analytics tools including reputed company BI Publisher (BIP), reputed company Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), and reputed company Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI). • Facilitates meetings with business partners to capture requirements, determine reporting goals, and understand the business issue to be solved; design, reputed company, and build reports that reputed company insights and reputed company answers for the business issues identified. • Performs validation and analysis of report data to ensure accuracy. • Creates and maintains technical documentation of processes, reports, applications, and procedures. • Builds credibility and rapport with customers to understand their needs. • Acts as a technical reputed company of contact and conducts user acceptance testing of reports. • Supports the development and maintenance of data governance and/or data standards. • Performs other duties as assigned. Working independently to identify, design and implement internal process improvement, automating reputed company processes, optimizing data delivery, and re-designing for greater scalability • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; ability to reputed company communications depending on the audience • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information Requirements Education: • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
