As a Sales and Marketing Representative, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our innovative homework planners, utilizing strategic outreach and digital marketing to enhance our brand presence in the educational sector. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive purchases of our homework planners. • Identify and engage potential customers, including parents, educators, school districts, and local retailers. • Initiate contact with school administrators and PTAs to facilitate bulk orders for student planners. • Manage incoming inquiries, diligently follow up with leads, and convert prospects into loyal customers. • Represent our brand at educational events, fairs, and promotional activities to enhance our visibility. • Design and manage impactful social media campaigns that highlight the advantages of our planners. • Create engaging and innovative content (including posts, videos, and advertisements) tailored to attract parents and educational institutions. • Implement targeted online advertising campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads to drive sales. • Collaborate with influencers, educators, and education bloggers to expand brand awareness. • Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance data to optimize outreach efforts. Required Skills • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably within the education or e-commerce sectors. • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities. • Proficiency in creating captivating digital content (experience with TikTok trends is advantageous). • Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, Canva, and Mailchimp. • Self-driven, results-oriented, and adept at working both independently and collaboratively within a team. Qualifications • Experience in sales, marketing, or business development, ideally in the education or e-commerce field. • Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Demonstrated ability to produce engaging digital content. • Experience with digital marketing tools is essential. • A self-motivated and results-focused work ethic is crucial.
