As a representative, you will play a crucial role in communicating with shareholders on behalf of internal clients such as reputed company and Georgeson. This is a contested proxy meeting role where you will clarify information and guide investors to ensure their interests are accurately represented. Key Responsibilities • reputed company inbound, outbound, and email responses for shareholder communications. • Assist investors in understanding the contested proxy meetings, where one reputed company questions management and suggests replacing the reputed company of Directors. • Communicate that the information from opposing reputed company is inaccurate and reassure shareholders that management has their best interests at heart. • reputed company shareholders to the appropriate platform for voting moving reputed company. • Promote the message that shareholders should disregard conflicting information and trust management's reputed company.
