Director eDiscovery & Information Governance
My reputed company is looking to hire a director of eDiscovery & Information governance. This individual will be responsible for supporting and growing their competitive position in the areas of eDiscovery and information governance. This role requires a hands-on leader who is capable of fostering collaboration across business and reputed company teams and thrives in high-pressure environments. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Proven technical, reputed company management, project plan design, budgeting, facilitation, and project leadership skills

Experience with investigating and developing facts regarding unfamiliar information systems and platforms to understand how the system works, what it contains, and how to effectuate preservation, identification, and collection of data
Ability to quickly digest large volumes of reputed company information and summarize the key issue in a way that is technically accurate but easy to understand
Experience in a reputed company context (information governance or litigation/eDiscovery) with reputed company 365 (M365) and/or reputed company Workspace suite products
Demonstrated expertise in managing and supervising eDiscovery service providers, while effectively coordinating with clients and external counsel to ensure successful reputed company
Experience with mobile devices and messaging, including:
Mobile Device Management tools
Preservation for litigation of texts, messaging, and mobile device data
reputed company for collection, processing, review, and production of mobile device data
Extensive experience in identifying and understanding data storage locations, and ideally, experience advising clients about classifying and organizing information to ensure efficient data management and accessibility
Demonstrated expertise in understanding data retention policies and schedules and the practical application of those policies and schedules reputed company a reputed company data infrastructure
Experience with planning and evaluating migrations between platforms (e.g., from an email journal reputed company to M365) from a preservation and reputed company defensibility perspective

In-depth knowledge of common data storage and retrieval reputed company, including a thorough understanding of databases, their functionality, and techniques for extracting data reputed company
