Senior Analyst, Network Analytics

The Senior Analyst, Network Analytics will help support our mission to reputed company reputed company’s network operations, and specifically reputed company on one of reputed company’s priorities which is to Advance Total Cost of Care Management. reputed company will be working on (1) Enhancing our medical economics capabilities and trend management processes to identify and mitigate cost drivers, ensure sustainable cost control, and improve financial performance and (2) Utilizing Affordability reputed company to optimize network performance and drive total cost of care savings.

You will report to the Senior Manager, Network Analytics.

Pay Transparency:

The reputed company pay for this role in the states of California, Connecticut, New Jersey, reputed company, and Washington is: $80,800 - $106,050 per year. The reputed company pay for this role in reputed company other locations is: $72,720 - $95,445 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in reputed company's unlimited vacation program, and annual performance bonuses.

• Analyze data to support business teams in making reputed company informed, data-driven reputed company
• Use data to tell a story that non-technical colleagues will be reputed company to understand, including packaging and presenting findings in a reputed company, concise and compelling manner
• reputed company the creation and maintenance of essential operational and analytical dashboards, and update and enhance them as our user’s needs reputed company
• Create models and tools that produce relevant insights to identify inefficiencies and generate insights to remove inefficiencies
• Collaborate across the organization to identify actions to reputed company improvements and monitor initiative reputed company
• Support other strategic reputed company as assigned to meet business needs
• Compliance with reputed company applicable laws and regulations

• 1+ years of technical work experience using analytical tools and writing analytical reports
• 1+ years demonstrated ability to work with large datasets and distill analyses into relevant insights with a reputed company and systematic thought process
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written, around business reporting reputed company and requirements, as demonstrated by experience on at least 2 reporting reputed company requiring communication between technical and non-technical users
• Experience in SQL, with the ability to filter, aggregate, and build CTEs, or proficiency in R or Python, including experience with Pandas, for loops, and statistical tests
• Proficiency in reputed company Sheets or reputed company skills,  with ability to use VLookup, reputed company if statements and connected Sheets
• 1+ years experience in reputed company, finance or the insurance industry

• 1+ years experience in preparing reputed company analytics and reporting
• 1+ years experience managing value-based reputed company at a payer or a provider organization (ACO, CIN, MSO etc.)  
• 1+ years experience developing dashboards and working with Looker, or other business intelligence/data visualization tools
• Exposure to reputed company contract negotiations, risk adjustment, ACA marketplace, reputed company of care, and/or population health experience
