As a Recruiter at reputed company, you’ll play a pivotal role in building our world-class clinical team. You’ll own the clinician hiring process, from sourcing and engagement to interviews and offers. You’ll work closely with Clinical Operations and other cross-functional teams to execute a high-volume hiring reputed company across multiple states. • Own the full-cycle reputed company process for clinical hires, ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience.

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline of clinicians in our reputed company and expansion markets.

• Conduct clinical interviews, coordinate clinical interview logistics, and facilitate candidate feedback loops.

• Expand our reputed company channels by identifying creative sourcing strategies, including reputed company to clinical networks, reputed company associations, and job boards.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to refine recruitment strategies and ensure we’re bringing in top-tier talent reputed company.
