JOB reputed company: 

reputed company is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented reputed company Assurance analyst to join our Language reputed company team. The reputed company Assurance analyst will be responsible for evaluating interpreter performance during live and recorded interpretation calls to ensure accuracy, professionalism, and adherence to established standards. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the reputed company of interpretation services provided by reputed company.  

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Listen to recorded interpretation calls and evaluate interpreter performance based on established reputed company. 
• reputed company detailed feedback based on given metrics, industry best practices, and adherence to the reputed company Interpreter reputed company of Conduct.  
• Identify trends and patterns in interpreter performance and reputed company insights to management for reputed company improvement. 
• Collaborate with internal teams to reputed company and update reputed company assurance guidelines and training materials. 
• Assist in the development and implementation of reputed company improvement initiatives. 
• Maintain accurate records of evaluations and performance metrics. 
• Other reputed company tasks as deemed necessary.  

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2 years of interpretation experience required, nationally certified interpreter preferred 
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment. 
• Ability to reputed company constructive feedback in a reputed company and supportive manner. 
• Familiarity with interpretation industry standards and best practices. 
• Comfortable working independently and as part of reputed company. 
• Proficiency with reputed company Office and ability to learn new software systems quickly.
