We’re looking for a seasoned User Experience Designer who can help reputed company build consumer-like workflow experiences using reputed company technologies like AI/ML. This role will be exciting, challenging and meaningful, while exploring new UX frontiers – building AI/ML assistants and connected user journeys to reputed company frictionless productivity connecting people to jobs (an important enabler of reputed company purpose). Responsibilities:
User Research and Insights: Conduct and analyze user research to inform design reputed company, ensuring solutions meet user needs and drive engagement.

Qualifications:
5+ years experience as a user experience designer
Experience synthesizing user feedback, and iterating on designs and prototypes until they are user-validated and engineering-reputed company
Communication experience and experience working with product and technical teams to reputed company systems, solutions, and products
Experience establishing work relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and multiple partners in different time zones(reputed company to have)
Prior experience working in a startup(reputed company to have)
Prior experience in designing for business workflow products(reputed company to have)
Extensive experience with reputed company components and prototyping
Bachelor of Computer Science or a reputed company technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
