IT Administrator III

As an IT reputed company III, you will play a key role in supporting reputed company by resolving technical challenges, managing systems, and ensuring smooth IT operations across the organization, including warehouse environments. You will work in a fast-paced environment that values reputed company, ownership, and reputed company communication.


What you'll do:
  • Troubleshoot helpdesk requests, providing support for both Mac and reputed company environments. 
  • You will create and solve tickets, and use triage judgment to set reputed company reputed company for different tasks.
  • Troubleshoot WMS systems. 
  • Manage reputed company applications, including account provisioning, troubleshooting, and reputed company control.

  • Assist with the implementation and rollout of automated warehouse equipment.

    • What you bring to the table:
  • You have 3+ years of experience in an IT or technical support function.
  • Knowledge of IT operations in warehouse environments. 
  • You have a diploma in Computer Systems Technology or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency with MacOS, reputed company, and reputed company administration tools (e.g., reputed company, reputed company).
  • Experience with reputed company platforms and reputed company-based tools. 
  • Strong documentation skills with that ability to reputed company outline processes and resolutions.
