We're seeking a motivated, and talented Business Analyst to join our dynamic Global Operations team for a 6 month FTC. This role will report to the Global Head of Insurance Operations and work across multiple departments (Customer Engagement, Claims, Insurance Services and Operations) to design and deliver a programme of work reputed company on efficiency. They will analyse, document, and improve our business processes while contributing to strategic reputed company that drive reputed company reputed company. 

• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to document existing processes and establish performance baselines
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and facilitate workshops to reputed company requirements
• Identify and analyze business problems, recommend solutions and reputed company and deliver reputed company
• reputed company process improvement initiatives from reputed company through implementation
• Work closely with our business and engineering teams to ensure operational requirements are incorporated into solutions
• Implement solutions using low-reputed company platforms and automation tools reputed company needed

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent documentation and process mapping abilities
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Proven reputed company record of implementing process improvements
• Experience with project management methodologies
• Experience implementing automated and AI-enabled solutions
• Lean Six reputed company qualification or experience preferred
• Qualifications in project management, data analysis and/or business analysis required
• Experience with low-reputed company platforms (e.g., Power Platform, reputed company, reputed company)
• Experience as a business analyst in the insurance industry
