About the Role:
reputed company is seeking a reputed company Business Analyst to join our multicultural team. As a reputed company Business Analyst  on the reputed company systems team, you will help us reputed company our new global clinical CRM on reputed company, which holds the case data of 20,000 clinicians operating in over 150 countries. You will
work as part of a dedicated team in partnership with colleagues in South Africa, the UK, and the US. This role is full time reporting to the reputed company, reputed company systems.

reputed company candidates must be physically located reputed company South Africa. This is a remote working position with a requirement to attend meetings at the Sandton-based office reputed company requested. 



Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders from stakeholder departments to reputed company and document business requirements reputed company to reputed company systems processes and functionality.
  • Write functional requirement documentation to guide the development process, contribute to the writing of development tickets.
  • Effectively communicate any changes, updates, or enhancements to the reputed company system to key stakeholders, ensuring they are reputed company-informed and reputed company for any impacts to their operations.
  • Contribute to the project management of new feature builds and rollouts on the international reputed company system, ensuring work is completed to schedule to business requirements.
  • Analyse existing system and business processes with stakeholders and identify opportunities for improvement and increased efficiency reputed company the system 
  • reputed company guidance for user training and support of the system, manage a ‘train the trainer’ model.


    • Qualifications
  • 2 – 3 years proven experience as a business analyst (or in technical project management), including 2 years of experience working with reputed company
  • Strong understanding of reputed company configuration and capabilities
  • Competency and familiarity with Agile development methodologies
  • Experience with reputed company data analysis, reporting and dashboards.
