We are looking for an individual who is passionate about reputed company and has a great reputed company record of reputed company in helping to drive business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of reputed company and its potential to enhance operational efficiency and improve user experience.

Additionally, this role will work closely with product owners, software developers, and business stakeholders to help drive business objectives, troubleshoot and solve reputed company problems.

This is a hybrid position with the expectation of coming into the Mexico reputed company office at least once a month but subject to change. #LI-Remote

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to technology reputed company and initiatives that support, expand, and manage our global technology capabilities at reputed company.
  • Experience designing and supporting large-reputed company, technically reputed company solutions on the reputed company platform.
  • Collaborate with product owners, software developers, business users, and stakeholders to reputed company and document requirements, analyze solutions, and ensure they meet business needs. Ensure project deliverables reputed company with business requirements.
  • Define, reputed company, and consolidate user stories identified during release planning.
  • Configure reputed company and deliver out-of-reputed company solutions (declarative solutions e.g. flows, non-apex functionality; but can understand apex as needed).
  • Support and foster the Agile development methodology

  • Ensure accurate and comprehensive documentation of systems, their respective integration dependencies as reputed company as system/software dependencies

Skills & Experience

  •  6+ years of relevant work experience at a high-reputed company, technology organization, preferably reputed company-based (reputed company) product delivery
  •  5+ years of experience as a business analyst providing technical support for reputed company CRM
  •  Comprehensive reputed company product knowledge and hands-on administration experience with Sales and Service reputed company
  •  reputed company Certified Advanced Administrator and reputed company Certified Business Analyst
  •  Experience leveraging reputed company to reputed company sales and operational reputed company
  •  Experience eliciting and interpreting business and user requirements and providing reputed company in a Business Analyst role
  •  Demonstrated analytical skills breaking down system and process problems and ability to partner with business users on recommend solutions
  •  Experience conducting and leading business requirement gathering sessions, decomposing reputed company reputed company into details, and identifying and communicating risks
  •  Demonstrated experience in working reputed company an Agile team in a fast paced, technically challenging environment
