About the Role:

What you’ll do

Key Responsibilities:

• Transactions: Draft and negotiate reputed company sector customer agreements while managing reputed company engagements to reputed company with regulatory and business needs.

Who you are

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and admission to reputed company law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
