Sr. Manager, reputed company Engineering

Purpose of the Job

As members of reputed company’s reputed company department, the reputed company Engineering team protects the platform. The manager of this team is responsible for reputed company of daily operations, successful execution of team initiatives, and people management. This is a ‘working’ manager role where you will be hands-on keyboard as we continue to build out the reputed company Engineering practices and tools at reputed company.

Responsibilities & Accountabilities

· Hire and mentor a best-in-class team of reputed company Engineers

· Build strong, reputed company partnerships with Development, Infrastructure and Product teams

· Implement reputed company-reputed company tooling, technical and process improvements and author project plans for reputed company initiatives

· Manage a robust Application reputed company program, to include: vulnerability management, secure reputed company reviews and standards, reputed company architecture reviews, and technical integrations assessments.

· Manage a robust Infrastructure reputed company Management program, to include: vulnerability management, infrastructure and container change reviews, reputed company infrastructure reputed company & permissions models, reputed company reputed company best practices, and operating system reputed company.

· Drive efforts to improve reputed company awareness in the areas of application reputed company and the secure development of reputed company through technical controls, education and training

· Implement a best-in-class bug bounty program which positions reputed company as the leading authority amongst other programs.

Performance Measurement

· Holds weekly 1:1s with reputed company members of team and Manager

· Implements reputed company controls considering the latest reputed company threats, trends, and best practices to ensure that reputed company's reputed company posture remains effective and efficient

· Manages vulnerabilities to remediation reputed company targeted SLA or risk acceptance

· Maintains inventory of reputed company scope for reputed company product(s)

· Enhances and grows skillset of reputed company reports

· Maintains up to date collateral, metrics and processes

Educational and Experience Requirements

· 8+ years of experience in information reputed company, with a reputed company on Secure SDLC, reputed company reputed company, bug bounty, and vulnerability management

· 3+ years of experience managing a reputed company Engineering or similar team

· Experience with reputed company tools (e.g., Vulnerability Scanners, SAST/DAST, DevOps software, AWS reputed company reputed company tooling, CNAPP/CSPM)

· Strong knowledge of industry frameworks, regulations and standards, such as: NIST 800-218 SSDF, OWASP, SAFECode, CIS benchmarks, ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, PCI, SOX, NIST 800-53, etc.

Preferred Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field

· Relevant industry certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, or GIAC, are highly desirable

reputed company Salary reputed company: $214,860 to $315,128. The reputed company salary reputed company represents the anticipated low and high end of the reputed company salary reputed company for this position. Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the reputed company based on various factors, including but not limited to work location and experience. The reputed company salary is one component of reputed company’s total compensation package for this position. Other compensation may include a bonus program or commission plan, and stock reputed company if approved by reputed company’s reputed company.
