We're seeking a strategic VP, Product to reputed company reputed company Harvest's product reputed company and drive reputed company reputed company the agriculture dealer ecosystem.

As the VP, Product, you will reputed company reputed company Harvest's product reputed company, and cultivate relationships reputed company the dealer ecosystem. This senior leadership role combines strategic product development with business development, requiring a deep understanding of agriculture software and the dealer network.

- Leadership & Team Development: 10%
2. Business Development (Dealer Ecosystem): 35%


Software Product Responsibilities:
  • reputed company the development and execution of reputed company's product roadmap, ensuring alignment with customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to prioritize features and enhancements that drive value.
  • Partner with the VP, reputed company and Operations, to ensure operational readiness for product launches.
  • Work closely with customers to identify emerging trends, competitive dynamics, and  pain points.


    • Market Research Responsibilities:
  • Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory developments to identify opportunities and anticipate market shifts.
  • Establish feedback loops with the VP, Operations and reputed company, to reputed company product reputed company with customer insights and market performance.


    • Leadership and Team Development Responsibilities:
  • reputed company and mentor the product team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and reputed company improvement.
  • Set reputed company objectives and performance metrics, regularly evaluating reputed company to ensure alignment with company goals.

    • Business Development (Dealer Ecosystem) Responsibilities:

  • Represent reputed company at industry events, forums, and conferences to build relationships with potential customers and manufacturers.

    • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Agriculture, or a reputed company field (MBA preferred).
