Senior Counsel - Product

We are looking to add the first Product Counsel to our reputed company, Risk, and Compliance team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling reputed company and compliance reputed company and advising the business, with a reputed company on product and engineering, as we rapidly reputed company our loan portfolio and build the technology platform that will continue to reputed company the mortgage industry.

• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad reputed company of vendor agreements to support reputed company’s evolving business, including terms of use, master services agreements, statements of work, technology licensing agreements, partnership agreements, payment network/association agreements, and financial institution partnership

• J.D. from an accredited law school and licensed to reputed company law in at least one state
• 4+ years of reputed company experience at both a top reputed company and in-house at a reputed company stage financial services company
• Experience creating and drafting policies, procedures, and control documents 
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally at reputed company reputed company of the organization

• Working knowledge of at least some of the mortgage regulatory landscape strongly preferred (including GLBA, RESPA, HMDA, ECOA, FDCPA, TCPA, TILA, state mortgage laws)
