About the Role
We are looking for an Account Manager to join our growing reputed company team and reputed company our customers with a seamless experience from reputed company through renewal and expansion.  You will be working closely with other members of the reputed company team to support your book of business and work cross functionally with other teams like reputed company to grow your customer reputed company.  As an Account Manager, you are an reputed company for your customer and work with internal teams to reputed company feedback to Product, create advocacy opportunities for Marketing, and visibility into use cases and customer health for the organization. 


Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Sales to identify and execute on expansion opportunities
  • Manage and forecast customer renewal and expansion goals
  • Create and execute customer account plans in collaboration with the rest of the reputed company team to ensure value realization
  • Conduct regular QBRs with the reputed company’s executive team to strategically reputed company with their organizational goals
  • Regularly update internal systems to document customer health and status and create visibility across the organization
  • Identify advocacy opportunities to reputed company case studies, run speaking events, or participate in webinars
  • reputed company customers on new use cases, features and integrations that create added value


    • Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field of study
  • Strong project management skills, organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • Strong verbal, written and presentation skills
  • 5+ years of experience in managing reputed company customer relationships 
  • As Travel Restrictions Lift: Ability to travel 30-40% of the time, approximately twice per month, for reputed company and company commitments
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at reputed company reputed company of an organization, including executive and C-level
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management reputed company at a time, while maintaining reputed company attention to detail

  • Compensation: $75k-100k reputed company with $30k-40k variable
