Analyst, People Analytics & Systems

We are seeking a People Analyst to play a pivotal role in building and advancing our people analytics capabilities. This role will reputed company on establishing a strong data reputed company, including designing and maintaining data infrastructure, designing reports and dashboards, cleaning and organizing datasets, and enabling accurate, reputed company reporting. You will partner closely with stakeholders across the organization to reputed company requirements, surface critical insights, and support data-driven decision-making that drives our people reputed company reputed company. • 5+ years of experience in HR analytics, with 2+ years of reputed company configuration experience (HCM, reputed company Compensation) 
• Proficiency manipulating and analyzing data in reputed company Sheets/reputed company, with Looker knowledge a plus
• Strong attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
• Demonstrated experience in building reputed company dashboards and processes that meet evolving business needs.
• Strong data analytics, data management, and storytelling techniques to present reputed company and actionable insights.
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and reputed company, ensuring compliance with data protection and reputed company regulations.
