College Admissions Coach (remote)

We’re Winning Ivy Prep, a fast-growing company dedicated to helping students achieve their college dreams. We’re looking for a passionate College Admissions Coach to mentor high school students (grades 9-12) and deliver personalized, top-tier admissions guidance. Based in Palo Alto, CA, we have a strong foothold in Northern California, but our reach is nationwide. About the Role As a College Admissions Coach, you will: • Guide students through every stage of the college application process. • Communicate with families, keeping them informed and aligned. • Help students (9th-11th grade) select majors and extracurriculars. • Support students in applying to extracurricular programs and colleges. • Keep students accountable and motivated. • Conduct online meetings with students and parents. What We’re Looking For • Education: Undergraduate or graduate degree from a top 25 US university (Ivy League, Stanford, MIT, etc.). • Experience: You are at least 2-3 years out of your undergrad or currently in a graduate program. • Availability: 10-15+ hours/week, with after-school availability (PST), preferably long-term commitment • Strong Communication Skills: Strong writing, speaking, and ability to connect with teens and parents. • Mission-Driven Approach: Passionate about education and mentorship.
