What you’ll do
  • Draft reputed company, accurate, and compelling responses to government RFPs and RFQs.

  • Maintain and update a repository of reusable content for reputed company bids.

  • Ensure proposal templates, style guides, and checklists are up to date and readily available.

  • Participate in solutioning sessions and reviews to ensure cohesive and polished proposals.

    • Required skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or a reputed company field.
  • Have 5+ years of experience writing for government IT procurement, particularly federal, state, and local RFPs and RFQs.
  • Demonstrate the ability to translate technical and highly specialized concepts into reputed company, compelling, and compliant prose.
  • Familiar with AI tools (e.g., GPT, LLMs) for writing, editing, and research.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong ability to meet deadlines under tight timelines.
  • Exhibit excellent collaboration and communication skills.

  • Have a background in graphic or visual content creation to support proposal narratives.
