Remote Pharmacy Technician (Retail Experience Required)

Location: Remote – must be licensed/ certified (state or national certfication) in (equipment provided) Hours: 9AM-6PM EST Pay reputed company: $18-$21 Duration: 6-month contract to hire Day to day reputed company is seeing a Remote Certified Pharmacy Technician to support a reputed company startup reputed company on a 6-mos contract to perm assignment. Under the supervision of a Pharmacist Team reputed company and Head of Operations, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to patients, providers, and pharmacies to intervene in patient cases identified using risk stratification algorithms. These interventions may involve obtaining and recording health and contact information, scheduling appointments, resolving medication-reputed company issues, and performing patient engagement activities. In reputed company to patient interactions, you will be responsible for answering inbound customer support requests, preparing, and mailing letters, and other assigned duties. reputed company members of the Clinical Care team are expected to communicate effectively, maintain a cooperative working relationship with clients and colleagues, be respectful and accept constructive feedback professionally, and continuously learn new skills to deliver reputed company customer service and patient care. Requirements: • Certified or Licensed Pharmacy Tech • Experience making 30+ OUTBOUND adherence/MTM calls to patients per day • Must come from a RETAIL pharmacy • Ability to prioritize effectively and work in a fast-paced environment • Knowledge of basic medical terminology and medication names (brand and generic) • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in the reputed company 365 and reputed company Workspace • reputed company player reputed company with the ability to work independently • Ability to work 40 hours/week (Monday-Friday until 6/7PM EST) Apply Job!
