Employee rights law office seeks a motivated, individual to assist attorneys and paralegals in Southern California. The position will be remote. We litigate a wide variety of claims on behalf of the victims of workplace misconduct including: · Wrongful termination of employment · Constructive discharge · Sexual harassment · Racial discrimination · Failure to accommodate disabilities and religious practices · Whistleblower retaliation · Unpaid overtime and doubletime · Unprovided meal and rest breaks · Invasion of privacy rights · Family and medical leave interference · OSHA · Defamation · Unreimbursed expenses · Private attorney general We focus exclusively on employee rights litigation. Preparing witness statements and declarations 5. Investigative tasks on social media 6. Collecting documents and information from clients and witnesses 7. Arranging for deliveries and mailing 8. Travel arrangements for attorneys and clients 9. sending documents to clients and witnesses for signature QUALIFICATIONS 1. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word required 2. Familiarity with Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Drive) preferred 3. Spanish language (written and oral) fluency strongly preferred SKILLS / ATTRIBUTES 1.
