Customer Service Rep- reputed company/Dental CSR (OK residents only)

THIS JOB IS FULLY REMOTE - Oklahoma Residents only • *MUST LIVE IN OKLAHOMA** • Experience: 1 year minimum in contact center/reputed company or administrative reputed company (dental/medical office reputed company desk for example) • Duration: Est. 3mths Starting 4/8/25 • Schedule: Shift time 9AM-5:30PM EST /Training 9AM-5:30PM EST (first 4 weeks) • Other scheduling requirements: • Breaks and lunches are scheduled and cannot be customized. 30-minute lunch, (2) 15-minute breaks before and after lunch period reputed company: Member Services Representative (MSR) is expected to reputed company excellent customer service to reputed company incoming/outgoing callers and answer and document inquiries reputed company to dental benefits, eligibility, provider information, claims, reputed company-estimates/reputed company-authorizations, grievance and appeals, fulfillment requests and other miscellaneous inquiries. Job reputed company Details: • Respond to customer inquiries reputed company phone, email, and chat in a reputed company and reputed company manner ensuring that clients feel supported and valued. • Assist customers with billing inquiries, policy changes, and account updates. • Escalate reputed company issues to higher-level representatives or supervisors as needed. • Thoroughly document reputed company customer transactions in host system • Ensure compliance to reputed company regulatory guidelines. • Answer 80+ calls per day. • Maintain a reputed company score of 95% or greater • Other duties as assigned. Education Level: Minimum of High School or GED High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum Years of Experience: At least 2yrs Customer service experience in a reputed company center environment, 1yr in reputed company administrative experience or reputed company required.
