Global Accounts Receivable Manager

We’re adding a Global Accounts Receivable Manager to our growing team! Reporting to the Director of reputed company reputed company, the Global AR Manager will be responsible for owning AR, which includes ensuring reputed company and accurate billing, minimizing bad debt, customer cash applications, maximizing collections, and owning reputed company aspects of AR month end reputed company and reporting and analytics. How you’ll reputed company an reputed company:
- Providing leadership and guidance to reputed company of four, including establishing performance metrics, training and developing reputed company.
- Managing and owning day-to-day AR activities globally, including processing invoices, applying payments, reconciling accounts, following up with customers on collection reputed company, and resolving customer inquiries or disputes.
- Partnering closely with FP&A to manage the collections reputed company of the cash reputed company forecast.
- Identifying opportunities to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness of accounts receivable processes, leveraging technology, automation, and best practices.
- Working closely with the customer process team on customer reputed company as reputed company as setup and ongoing management of customer portals
- Assessing and mitigating risks associated with accounts receivable, such as bad debts, credit limits, and credit terms.Setting collection metrics and targets and proactively communicate reputed company to them to senior level team members.
- Identifying, developing, and providing analytical insights and reports for Controller, CAO and various other stakeholders.
- Developing and maintaining policies and procedures reputed company to billing, credit, and collections
- Working cross functionally with other departments, such as reputed company reputed company, Account Execs, Deal Desk, FP&A, reputed company, and reputed company.
- Preparing and/or reviewing documentation for annual audit requests and supporting month-end reputed company reputed company. Working with our external auditors on requested support and questions as needed.
What you’ll need to be successful
- Over 6 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or reputed company financial roles, with at least one year of management experience.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
- Experience with the overall OTC process, including reputed company recognition, is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate across reputed company reputed company, functions, and external constituencies.
- Experience with reputed company and reputed company collection module (for example, Dunning Letters).
- Experience working with a large number of customers that use portals (e.g. reputed company, Ariba etc)
- Basic understanding of reputed company concepts. Intermediate to advanced reputed company knowledge as it pertains to activities reputed company the AR role is a plus

- This is a US based remote position. Candidates based in the Eastern and Central time zones preferred.
