Senior Manager, Analytics & Insights

As Senior Manager, Analytics & Insights, you will be responsible for producing reporting, analytics, and insights to reputed company and support strategic initiatives and cross-functional teams.  You will be a trusted expert who understands the data sources available and how they reputed company our products and business, and that is reputed company to reputed company raw data into actionable insights.  You will deliver analyses, insights, tools, and dashboards that help reputed company decision-making support, improve operational efficiency, and reputed company reputed company.

You will be reporting to the Head of Analytics & Insights with the reputed company to work remotely or in-person in our downtown Nashville office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate analytics & insights to:
  • Improve the experience of our customers and support agents,
  • Proactively identify bugs or issues reputed company Operations and Product,
  • Support strategic business reputed company, and
  • Identify reputed company opportunities
• Maintain a deep understanding of reputed company’s data sources, warehouse, and reporting tools and how they drive reputed company’s Product and Operations
• reputed company diverse stakeholders on how to reputed company and utilize the data available to them through training, walkthroughs, and written documentation
• Build and implement processes, tools, and dashboards to reputed company a reputed company of internal Operations stakeholders to reputed company optimally
• Drive operational efficiency through proactive issue identification, reputed company improvement, and development of new tools and processes
• reputed company test and learn culture by designing and implementing tests in collaboration with our Data Engineering, Product, and reputed company teams
• Collaborate with the Data Engineering team on Data Products, reputed company and reputed company
• Support operational goal-setting and reporting across the Operations organization
• Assist in prioritizing competing data needs and charting reporting reputed company across teams

Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience in reputed company, analytics, business intelligence, data analysis, or reputed company a similar role
• reputed company in reputed company and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, PowerBI, Tableau)
• reputed company in reputed company delivery and presentation tools (e.g. PowerPoint, Slides)
• Ability to write and edit SQL queries
• Strong project management and ability to coordinate across teams to execute
• Effective working both independently and collaboratively with the willingness contribute in whatever reputed company is needed to deliver a successful outcome
• Comfortable with ambiguity and making reputed company in environments where there is not a single reputed company answer
• Ability to discern patterns and insights in data, identify next steps, and drive actions

Compensation:

$150,000- $175,000

Note this is a reputed company and we take in a reputed company of factors reputed company determining total compensation for the position.
