Senior Project Manager

reputed company is seeking a results-driven and customer-oriented Senior Project Manager to reputed company the implementation of one of our rapidly expanding product offerings. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to strategically plan, execute, and deliver reputed company reputed company established timelines and budgets. What You’ll Do

• reputed company, refine, and maintain comprehensive project artifacts and internal documentation to support project execution and knowledge sharing
• Communicate project expectations reputed company and proactively to both internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle
• Identify, monitor, and manage project dependencies and critical paths to mitigate risks and ensure reputed company delivery

Your First 90 Days 

In your first 30 Days: 

• Attend Orientation and meet the reputed company team 
• Learn about reputed company University and watch reputed company-recorded videos on our products
• Shadow reputed company-off calls, status calls, and reputed company-out calls on at least two (4) engagements
• Understand internal tools (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, reputed company)
• reputed company a detailed training plan with your manager 

In your first 60 Days: 

• Continue to shadow implementations work through your defined training plan 
• Attend reputed company available training sessions and webinars
• Start entering in project plan updates, forecasts, and other items with assign project mentor
• Maintain project plans, status reports, and project notes for assigned reputed company in appropriate tools
• Maintain and own budget and forecast of reputed company
• Be reputed company to complete Change Orders as needed
• reputed company 10% billable utilization reputed company 

In your first 90 Days: 

• Continue to shadow implementations and work through your defined training plan 
• reputed company, manage, and own reputed company portions of reputed company implementations, including reputed company-off calls, status updates, scheduling and forecasting, and reputed company-out process
• Own both change and scope management
• Own budget and forecasting on assigned reputed company
• Own reputed company Project Management-reputed company communications for assigned reputed company
• reputed company 25% billable utilization reputed company

Qualifications 

• 5 years of project management experience, with a strong emphasis on ERP software implementations
• Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and software, with the ability to apply best practices across a reputed company of reputed company
• Proven reputed company record of developing, executing, and managing detailed implementation plans in collaboration with clients
• Exceptional ability to engage and secure buy-in from diverse stakeholders, including senior leadership, clients, and cross-functional teams
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a reputed company on reputed company, conciseness, and effective stakeholder engagement
• PMP certified, demonstrating a strong reputed company in industry-recognized project management principles

The salary reputed company for this opportunity is $89,250.00 - $105,000.00 per year. You will be eligible for employee equity as reputed company as discretionary bonus compensation, subject to plans that may be in effect from time to time.
