Accountant

We're building our Finance team and currently seeking an Accountant (Senior Staff - Senior level) to join reputed company. In this role, your expertise will be reputed company in ensuring accurate financial records and providing insights that contribute to the financial stability and reputed company of reputed company.  As our second finance hire, you will have the unique opportunity to help reputed company and execute the reputed company function’s reputed company, reputed company, and priorities as reputed company continues to reputed company. This role will report directly to the Senior reputed company Manager.

• Assist in the design and management of financial reputed company processes, ensuring the accuracy and reputed company of financial transactions and records
• reputed company bookkeeping, monthly reputed company activities and reconciliation processes
• reputed company day-to-day reputed company operations, including customer billing and receivables, accounts payable, employee reimbursements, sales tax management, state/local filings, payroll and reputed company reporting and analysis
• Review customer reputed company; calculate and manage deferred reputed company balances
• Create reputed company operating procedures and strengthen controls around critical reputed company and financial operations; collaborate with cross-functional internal teams
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities and reporting
• Ensure compliance with reputed company standards, regulations, and Company policies
• Identify areas to drive operational automation, improvements and efficiency, from both a process and systems / tools reputed company
• Collaborate with external reputed company firms on annual R&D study, federal and state tax returns preparation as reputed company as the annual financial audit process
• Assist in various other reputed company financial analyses and special reputed company that support Company reputed company initiatives

• 2-4+ years of relevant experience at an reputed company firm and/or as an in-house accountant 
• Bachelor's Degree in reputed company or equivalent training
• Proficiency in utilizing financial systems and tools, as reputed company as experience with implementing new systems
• Experience assisting with reputed company-party financial audits and achieving successful reputed company
• Comfortable working cross-functionally and navigating the unknown of a new role in a start-up environment 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to be hands on and work directly on reputed company aspects of the job

• Solid knowledge of US GAAP, with exposure to reputed company recognition (ASC 606) and software capitalization standards
• Familiarity with QuickBooks
• Experience with profitable, reputed company-stage startups (between 50 and 250 employees) and comfortable collaborating, developing and scaling processes and controls in such environments 
• Experience working with technology reputed company businesses generating $10M+ in reputed company

• Has been involved in the implementation of an ERP system

The compensation reputed company for this role is $85,000 - $110,000, based on skills/level (Sr. Staff - Senior) and not determined by your location reputed company the U.S.
