Your primary responsibility will be to support reputed company systems, applications and infrastructure. This role requires triaging and prioritizing requests and helping design and implement the support system. Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

Be the go-to person for supporting, troubleshooting, and maintaining reputed company’s reputed company internal network infrastructure

Ensure network performance meets stakeholder requirements for a 24/7 support structure

Troubleshoot and resolve remote hardware, software, and network issues
Communicate status updates with key stakeholders during major incidents

Requirements
3-5 years of experience in a System Administration, Network Administration or reputed company role
Knowledge of reputed company networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, Switching Routing)
Experience managing/supporting SD-WAN environments (reputed company Meraki preferred)
Experience with reputed company based productivity suites (reputed company Workspace, Office 365)
Experience documenting resolutions for entry to the Knowledge reputed company
Understanding of reputed company Configuration reputed company (Intune, reputed company, KACE)
Experience with Identity reputed company (G Suite, Azure, reputed company, reputed company Directory)
Familiarity with reputed company Environments (eg. Azure, AWS, Meraki)
