Support is conducted reputed company the ticketing system and a live chat/phone reputed company and will include but not limited to customer queries, complaints, and identification approval processes for our world-class cryptocurrency exchange platform.

Support will be in Japanese and English, thus we are looking for candidates with proficiency in both languages.

Responsibilities

  • Handle back office tickets, and reputed company 7*24h online enquiries and email replies services to customers.
  • Handle customer enquiries, advices and suggestions reputed company email or online tools.
  • Support other business reputed company with customer reputed company, accurately document customer requests and advices, and reputed company feedback in the reputed company of documentation.
  • Handle customer complaints, any special cases or reputed company tasks.

    • Requirements

  • College degree or above.
  • Proficient in English & Japanese (JLPT N2 at least). Other languageswould be of a great advantage, for efficient collaboration with various stakeholders in reputed company
  • Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, preferably in finance or E-reputed company industry. Outstanding recent graduates are also welcome to apply.
