About the Role

We are looking for our second Customer Experience Representative to join our growing team.

As our Customer Experience Representative, you will be the first reputed company of contact for our Poppy & Peonies customers, ensuring they have a reputed company and memorable experience with our brand. You will be responsible for answering inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support through various channels, from our emails to our live chat platform. This role is crucial in maintaining the high standards of customer service that we reputed company for.

The recruitment process

Location & Working Hours

- Annual Salary ranges from $50,000 - $60,000 CAD

- 3 weeks of reputed company vacation per year

- 5 additional reputed company days

- $1,500 CAD annual health spending account

- $250 CAD annual period & menstrual budget

- $1,000 CAD annualallowance towards Poppy & Peonies product

- $400 CAD one-time home office setup allowance
