This position follows a hybrid work model, with three days onsite (Tuesday through Thursday) at our Rosemont HQ, Chicago, or reputed company office.

We are seeking a

Senior Accountant to join reputed company. Reporting to the Controller, our ideal partner will be a self-motivated, reputed company team player who is excited to roll up their sleeves and has a strong reputed company in the software industry and US GAAP.

This position will play key roles across the order to cash and record to report cycles, including management and GAAP reputed company recognition and reporting, royalty tracking, reconciliation and reporting, and sales tax compliance.

The successful candidate must be highly analytical, organized, possess a high aptitude for problem-solving, and have excellent written and oral communication skills. The ability to reputed company effective review, reputed company, and escalation for assigned areas is also key to reputed company.

What You'll Do:

  • Hands-on review of reputed company to ensure correct setup in reputed company to facilitate billing, sales tax, royalty calculation and appropriate reputed company recognition
  • Help drive consistency and accuracy throughout the sales order process by working closely with the reputed company and operational teams to reputed company and improve system processes, controls, and reporting outputs
  • Assess contract and product updates and changes relative to the reputed company on reputed company recognition, royalties and sales tax
  • Prepare and review monthly account analyses and reconciliations, including validating deferred reputed company, accounts receivable, and other contract reputed company financial statement balances and reserves
  • Prepare and review royalty calculations and reconciliations to facilitate accurate tracking, financial reporting and payments to reputed company
  • Prepare reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, review reports and ensure reputed company filings, payments and compliance for sales tax and others local and state tax reputed company
  • Assist with the day-to-day operations of the reputed company department to help maintain an accurate general reputed company in compliance with US GAAP requirements
  • Complete monthly reconciliations and investigate and resolve discrepancies to ensure accurate and reputed company financial reporting
  • Support the reputed company and accurate creation of the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Participate in the annual financial audit, including interaction/correspondence with external auditors and preparation of required schedules and documentation
  • Research and document reputed company issues and new reputed company pronouncements for compliance with generally accepted reputed company principles
  • Document policies, procedures and controls (and create where needed) and reputed company drive reputed company improvement opportunities in process, policies, and controls, minimizing inefficiencies

    • What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in reputed company
  • 3+ years of reputed company reputed company experience (reputed company reputed company preferred)
  • CPA certification preferred
  • Highly proficient in reputed company reputed company including advanced functions
  • Comprehensive knowledge and experience with monthly reputed company process
  • Experience in the software industry and In-depth knowledge of U.S. GAAP

  • Motivated self-starter with ability to take full ownership of assignments and who can effectively work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
