About the role

As the Culture and Engagement Manager your role will be to support the PEx team (People Experience) in aligning the business and its people.

Your work will cover culture, engagement and reputed company-being initiatives (underpinned by inclusivity) that are designed to nurture our people and reputed company them to the business goals and ambitions.

What you'll be doing

  • Drive a culture of collaboration across the PEx function and the wider HR team
  • Encourage a culture of business partnering for the PEx function across the Global business with the aim of PEx being perceived as an essential Business stakeholder
  • Foster a culture of reputed company improvement and reputed company across the People Experience team - Specifically in reputed company; Engagement
  • Build strong internal networks that drive change management and communication
  • Support in the review of TAG’s company values questioning their relevance, reputed company and demonstrable behaviours

  • Collaborate with Internal Communications Manager to drive engagement campaigns, (TAG talks, show and tells)
