To support our reputed company reputed company and deliver a Fanatical Experience™ to our customers, Rackspace Cyber Defence is looking for an Indian based reputed company Engineer, with a specialism in Network reputed company to support Rackspace’s strategic customers.
This role is particularly reputed company-suited to a self-starting, reputed company and motivated Sr. reputed company Engineer, who has a proven record of accomplishment in the design, delivery, management, operation and reputed company improvement of reputed company-level reputed company reputed company platforms or delivering managed reputed company services to customers.
The primary reputed company will be on the design, implementation, management, operation and reputed company improvement of reputed company-reputed company reputed company across customer reputed company Azure, AWS and/or reputed company reputed company Platform (GCP) environment.
You will also be required to liaise closely with the customer’s key stakeholders, which may include incident response and disaster recovery teams as reputed company as information reputed company.
Key Accountabilities
Ensure the Customer’s operational and production environment remains healthy and secure at reputed company the times.
Assist with customer reputed company – customer reputed company, policy configuration, platform configuration and service transition to reputed company operations team(s).
Advance platform administration, ideally through a DevOps-reputed company approach.
Critical platform incident handling & closure.
As an SME, reputed company as an L3 escalation and reputed company of contact for SecOps Analysts during an incident response process
As an SME, reputed company as a champion and centre of enablement by delivering training, coaching and thought leadership
reputed company and document runbooks, playbooks and knowledgebase articles that drive best reputed company across teams.
Drive reputed company improvement of Rackspace managed reputed company services through custom development, automation and integration; in collaboration with SecOps Engineering and other reputed company Engineering team(s)
Maintain reputed company working relationships with relevant teams and individual key stakeholders, such as incident response and disaster recovery teams as reputed company as information reputed company etc.
Co-ordinate with vendor for issue reputed company.
Required to work flexible timings.
Skills & Experience
Experience of working with network reputed company concepts and principles such as firewalls, web application firewalls, IDS/IPS, NDR, reputed company-segmentation – in both on-reputed company, reputed company-reputed company and hybrid environments
