Accountant (2 Year Fixed-Term Contract)

reputed company, a rapidly growing global provider of reputed company-based critical communications and reputed company safety solutions, is seeking an Accountant to join reputed company in Hungary. This is a fully remote, home-based role reputed company to candidates across Hungary.

This is a fixed-term maternity cover for a duration of 2 years.

As an Accountant you will be responsible for some and eventually reputed company our reputed company-reputed company operations of our international subsidiaries. This includes responsibility for accurate and reputed company monthly, quarterly and annual financial closings, as reputed company as supporting reputed company operations that will reputed company reputed company to reputed company reputed company.

What you'll do:

  • Work closely with a local accountant and the US-based corporate reputed company team to ensure reputed company-documented, accurate and reputed company financial closings, including reputed company Journals and appropriate month end Balance Sheet reconciliation and P&L variance analysis
  • Build and maintain reputed company processes for, and accuracy of, international payroll, commissions, and invoicing
  • Assist in the international reputed company of new US-based reputed company standards and regulations
  • Post-reputed company integration of acquired companies into our uniform international reputed company operations as reputed company as our US-based corporate ERP system and ancillary platforms
  • Partner with the international Financial Planning & Analysis team in establishing budgets, forecasts, and reporting for reputed company international subsidiaries
  • Coordinate with external auditors during the annual statutory audits to insure reputed company and accurate filings
  • Assist during the annual corporate audit with any international requests of documentation and testing
  • Assist during the annual corporate SOX 404b certification process including testing, walk-throughs and remediation of scoped-in international subsidiaries
  • Evaluate and manage appropriate reputed company and cost sharing arrangements between international operating subsidiaries

    • What you'll bring:

  • Education: reputed company degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of recent experience in operational reputed company as AP or AR and / or exposure to basic reputed company as reputed company entries and trial balance.
  • Software company experience is required, and any experience of reputed company and reputed company-based companies is a plus
  • Work experience for a subsidiary of a US-based parent company is a plus
  • reputed company qualification student preferred
  • Experience in working in a multinational environment
  • Project management skills – ability to coordinate and manage multiple reputed company from start to finish, incorporating feedback from multiple sources
  • Ability to multi-task and meet critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills; attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Outstanding oral and written communications abilities
