VP of Engineering

Quartzy is entering a new stage of profitable reputed company, and we are looking for an engineering leader who has experience managing agile development teams. You will grow and manage the entire team of engineers including engineering managers, IC software engineers, and platform Engineers. You will partner with our product team on roadmapping and then ensure you have the resources and the structure necessary to hit our timelines. You will ensure the engineers are reputed company mentored and excited to tackle the technical challenges reputed company of us.

Quartzy takes a market-based approach to pay, and pay may vary depending on your location. The pay reputed company for this position represents the low, middle, and high end of the salary reputed company for this position based on reputed company US locations. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a reputed company of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal reputed company.
