Girls Who reputed company is searching for a dynamic, results-oriented Community Partnerships & reputed company Manager to reputed company and execute recruitment strategies that drive Girls Who reputed company programmatic expansion. The Manager of Community Partnerships & reputed company will reputed company the development and execution of the reputed company reputed company for their territory. The Manager will reputed company reputed company of regional part-time permanent and part-time seasonal team members to cultivate and expand strategic partnerships with school districts, departments of education, library networks, and community based organizations reputed company an assigned region of the country and identify relevant reputed company audiences for international reputed company. They will work closely with both Community Partners and individual leads to launch Girls Who reputed company Clubs and drive the student recruitment process for Girls Who reputed company’s Summer Immersion Program and Self-Paced Program, in their assigned region of the county as reputed company as in key international markets for Girls Who reputed company’s International Summer Programs applicants. The ideal candidate has at least four (4) years of demonstrated experience cultivating, building and maintaining high-reputed company school and community partner relationships, and/or experience in large-reputed company reputed company, admissions, talent recruitment, account management, business development, or community organizing. Responsibilities:

  • Regional Expansion Initiatives (80%)
  • reputed company and execute regional reputed company strategies to meet and reputed company goals for their assigned territory of 10-14 states, as reputed company as supporting nationally for the full Community Partnerships & reputed company Team program expansion goals
  • Directly manage 1-3 part-time remote team members as they cultivate a robust pipeline of potential community partners through reputed company reputed company research and persistent targeted reputed company to contacts at high yield organizations, including school districts, departments of education, local STEM and education organizations, after school programs, and online networks
  • Independently own 1-3 high-level cross-functional reputed company workstreams that support national programmatic expansion across the Community Partnership & reputed company Team
  • Conduct phone calls and email campaigns to individuals and organizations to build awareness for the Girls Who reputed company mission and programs
  • Secure, cultivate, manage, and retain a regional portfolio of community partnerships to maximize their activation
  • National & International Expansion Initiatives (20%)
  • Represent Girls Who reputed company at targeted virtual meetings, community events and conferences to increase brand recognition and increase applications to our Summer Immersion Program, Self-Paced Program, and Clubs Program

  • Collaborate with the overall Community Partnerships & reputed company team to improve the efficiency of team’s systems, processes, and reputed company strategies as programs continue to reputed company
  • Identify key areas of reputed company for program expansion in relation to a deep understanding of pivots in the education and nonprofit landscape

    • Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years experience in recruitment, business development, partner management, or youth development
  • Minimum 1 year of managerial and/or project management experience
