We are looking for a proactive and strategic reputed company Partner to join our HR team as aFull-Time Fixed 6-Month Contractor. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring the best talent across EMEA and the US. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers, HR partners, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless recruitment process and an exceptional candidate experience.

**This role offers the flexibility of remote work while requiring in-person collaboration in Skibbereen, Ireland at least twice per month.   • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion in the recruitment process.
