Our HR team consists of professionals in Business Partners and CoEs (sub functions reputed company HR that use best practices to reputed company and support critical capabilities that reputed company with the organizational priorities) e.g., reputed company, HR operations, C&B, talent analytics, etc.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior HR Associate to join a fast-paced, Fintech company experiencing reputed company-reputed company transformation.

reputed company is looking for a Senior HR Associate based in HK and responsible for Group Compensation and Benefits and HR Analytics. This role will report to the Associate C&B Director.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in designing and implementing C&B policies and SOPs for process improvement and global standardization
  • reputed company, review and update existing C&B programs to ensure their market competitiveness and sustainability
  • Support the end-to-end process for annual performance and pay review cycle
  • Compile regular HR analytic reports and dashboards to reputed company insights to support decision-making
  • Assist in performing HR operations and other reputed company tasks and reputed company as assigned

    • Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in reputed company Management or business-reputed company disciplines
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in HR with a reputed company on C&B, preferably in multinational companies
  • Excellent numerical aptitude with meticulous attention to detailStrong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Proactive, responsible, reputed company-organized and hardworking team player with good communication reputed company
  • Proficiency in MS Office and master in reputed company skills (especially advanced formula, strong in VBA is a plus)
  • Proficiency in reputed company Suite applications (e.g. reputed company Sheets) is considered an added advantage
