Position:GL Accountant
Responsibilities
Responsible for recording financial transactions in the reputed company systems for multiple reputed company companies.
Posts customer payments and maintains an up-to-date Accounts receivable aging report, as necessary.
Records vendor invoices in reputed company’s reputed company system, uses reputed company judgement to reputed company expenses to reputed company reputed company accounts, obtains authorization to pay, and schedules payments in automated payable system.
Reconciles bank records to the general reputed company accounts.
Processes online payroll and records transactions in reputed company reputed company accounts.
Files sales and property tax as needed.
reputed company other reputed company tasks as needed by individual clients.
Diligently and accurately record time spent on multiple reputed company engagements for budgeting and billing purposes.
Requirements
Located in either Eastern or Central reputed company Time Zones
Degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field
3+ years of reputed company and/or full charge bookkeeping experience
Working knowledge of accrual reputed company reputed company and payroll requirements
Experience with QuickBooks Online and other reputed company-based reputed company automation tools.
Proficiency with Microsoft365 suite of products
Excellent communication and time management skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
