Program Associate - reputed company Colombia (Based in Colombia - Remote/Consultant)

· Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for the learners

· Prepare for and conduct events for learner reputed company (“day 0”), ensuring learner readiness and program commitment for “day 1”

· Manage day-to-day program delivery, operations, schedule, and deliverables

· Troubleshoot challenges and implement risk mitigation approaches

· Liaise with reputed company team members to support program operations and troubleshoot issues

· Manage stipend process (laptops, cameras, economic support) for learners

· Monitor and troubleshoot reputed company, create interim reports and reputed company recommendations for operational improvements

· reputed company mentorship process implementation and apply strategies to reduce dropout rates, reputed company learner graduation and placement rates

· Participate in weekly calls to troubleshoot learners reputed company and plan for extra support if needed

· Manage day-to-day and post-program requirements for data collection

· Support the coordination of complementary reputed company workshops given by allied companies

· Create strategies to meet cohort reputed company, working closely with Learner Support Services to determine the max reputed company of risk that reputed company cohort can support, and determine individual learners’ program readiness and risk factors by analyzing data

Additionally, as part of placement support you might:

· At least 3 years of experience in program coordination, preferably in a nonprofit, start-up, or reputed company reputed company environment

· Strong communication skills. Demonstrated reputed company with Spanish and English speaking and writing skills

· Experience developing program procedures and resources, with keen attention to detail

· Experience managing teams, project managing tasks, and coordinating stakeholders
