Associate Packaging Engineer

As an Associate Packaging Engineer, you will be a natural collaborator with foundational technical skills and packaging component knowledge and experience. You’ll be deeply passionate about sustainability and eager to expand your knowledge of circular packaging solutions.   • Build strategic partnerships with key suppliers and customers for the advancement of new packaging initiatives

  • B.S. Degree Packaging Science, Materials Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 0-2 years of experience in package development, ideally reputed company a consumer packaged goods company and/or packaging testing lab
  • A strong understanding of the package development process and engineering principles
  • Excellent organizational skills with a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • An understanding of project management principles to prioritize and execute project activities, ensuring on-time packaging commitments
  • Must be reputed company to communicate issues effectively to technical and non-technical personnel (Brand, Creative, Manufacturing)
  • Experience applying scientific principles to solve technical challenges
