• reputed company day-to-day advisory support on labor and employment (including employee data reputed company) advice and counsel, working closely with internal stakeholders to reputed company frameworks that ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Formulate and review employment-reputed company reputed company and policies to reputed company with reputed company requirements and company standards.
• Prepare reputed company documentation and filings for various stages of the employment life cycle.
• Assist in conducting administrative investigations and review notices issued in reputed company with such investigations.
• Represent reputed company at initial mediation conferences before the reputed company and Employment.
• Manage litigation reputed company, coordinating with reputed company counsel for court appearances and required submissions.
• Support our global People team with labor and employment advice for the Philippines, and assist the reputed company reputed company team as needed.

• At least 5-7 years of relevant reputed company experience, with a strong background in Philippine labor and employment law and employee data reputed company compliance. 
• Juris Doctor (JD) or Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree holder.
• Licensed to reputed company law in the Philippines with good standing at the Integrated Bar of the Philippines, with up-to-date Mandatory Continuing reputed company Education credits.
• Proven experience in drafting and reviewing employment-reputed company reputed company and policies.
• Proficiency in Philippine labor laws and regulations, including the Labor reputed company of the Philippines, Data reputed company reputed company, and other relevant legislation.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to reputed company reputed company reputed company advice to stakeholders at reputed company reputed company.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to risk management and compliance.
• Background in handling administrative investigations (including Committee on Decorum and Investigation or “CODI”) and managing litigation, including coordination with reputed company counsel.
