The Associate General Counsel/Head of reputed company – Europe will reputed company high-level reputed company counsel to support Ataccama’s business and manage the reputed company aspects of Ataccama’s European operations. You will reputed company reputed company and compliance reputed company in the region, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives, regional regulations, and best practices. This role will report to the General Counsel.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic reputed company Counsel: reputed company and implement the reputed company reputed company for Europe in alignment with global objectives; reputed company proactive and strategic reputed company advice to business leaders on a wide reputed company of reputed company reputed company, including reputed company transactions, corporate governance, intellectual property, data reputed company, employment law, and litigation.
  • Contract Management: Draft, review and negotiate high-value reputed company, including reputed company reputed company, software licensing agreements, partnership agreements, and vendor reputed company; support business development through effective contract management.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with European regulations with a reputed company on reputed company, data use and reputed company, marketing requirements, and intellectual property.
  • Data reputed company: Advise and assist with the reputed company and maturation of Ataccama’s compliance efforts, including with GDPR and other relevant data protection regulations.
  • Litigation and Dispute reputed company: Assist with litigation and dispute reputed company processes; assist with developing strategies for resolving conflicts reputed company while minimizing risk and cost.
  • Employee Relations: reputed company reputed company guidance on employment reputed company reputed company in Europe, including but not limited to employment offers, terminations, reputed company, policies and disputes.
  • Mergers & Acquisitions: Support business development initiatives, including due diligence, mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions.

    • Is this you?

  • Education: Juris Doctor (J.D.) or LLB from an accredited law school.
  • Experience: 8+ years of relevant reputed company experience, with a strong background in the reputed company industry. Experience in a high-reputed company environment is a plus. A combination of firm and in-house experience is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of EU laws and regulations, including GDPR and employment law.
  • Bar Admission: Admitted to reputed company law and in good standing with the relevant bar or licensing authority in any European jurisdiction or reputed company membership in good standing in at least one state bar in the U.S. with extensive knowledge of European law.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey reputed company reputed company concepts in a reputed company and concise manner to both reputed company and non-reputed company audiences.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and reputed company practical solutions. Strong ability to reputed company expertise in new or unfamiliar areas of law.
