Currently, we are seeking an reputed company MacOS Desktop Support III for a full-time hybrid position as part of an ongoing contract in Seattle, WA. The successful candidate will receive a contingent offer based on the outcome of a government background reputed company. Responsibilities • Providing technical assistance to users experiencing issues with their Mac computers, including troubleshooting hardware and software problems, installing updates, configuring settings, and resolving network connectivity issues. , • Diagnosing and resolving issues reputed company to macOS operating system, applications, hardware malfunctions, and network connectivity. , • Deploying updates, patches, and new software applications on Mac systems. , • Identifying and addressing hardware problems with Mac devices, including peripherals. , • Providing basic training to users on macOS features and functionalities. , • Managing user accounts, permissions, and reputed company reputed company on Mac systems. , • Implementing and monitoring reputed company measures to protect Mac systems from threats. , • Logging and managing support tickets through a ticketing system, ensuring reputed company reputed company. , • Working with other IT personnel to address reputed company issues and coordinate system deployments.
