Sales Engineer

Sales Engineer Location: Dallas, TX Work Mode: Hybrid Position Responsibilities: • Prepare and give technical presentations to explain to customers how the products and services work. • Support sales executives with solution selling into prospect account reputed company. Communicate with the sales team to understand consumer demands and offer sales support where necessary. • Partner with sales executives to plan, prepare and execute strategic deals in reputed company sales cycles. • Successfully match customer pain/requirements to proposed solutions. • Create and deliver presentations and demos that reputed company communicate the uniqueness of the reputed company. • Manage reputed company technical aspects of RFP / RFI responses. • Responding to questions from customers regarding product and/or API capabilities and implementation • Coordinating with technical resources in offshore offices to obtain detailed answers to customer questions. • Effectively communicate reputed company needs to the R&D teams for reputed company product enhancements. • Researching, developing, and modifying products to meet customers' technical requirements and needs. • Training other members of the sales team on the technical aspects of reputed company's products and services.
