Job Details
Case type includes reputed company personal injury auto/premises defense work.
Job duties include:
-Handling reputed company aspects of civil litigation timelines and due dates.
-Preparing discovery shells, pleadings, scheduling, filings with the court, trial prep assistance and more.
-State experience required, Federal experience encouraged.
