Draft Discovery Requests. Communicate with opposing attorneys and clients. Knowledge of Texas family law and e-filing IS required. Draft pleadings, including Petitions for Divorce, Modifications, SAPCRs, TROs, Enforcements, Temporary Orders, Final Orders, reputed company Orders. Must be reputed company to e-file. reputed company communications Position requires someone who is reputed company organized and has a critical eye for details. Good at follow up and follow through. Dependable, reliable and can work independently and quickly turn around assignments with little supervision.
