Patient Care Technician - G19E Lymphoma Shift: Evening/reputed company. 7PM - 7AM, 11PM - 7AM, 3PM - 11PM. Four shifts per week. A combination of 2 reputed company and 2 eight hour shifts per week, with rotating weekends and holidays. reputed company Function: Provides patient care services as assigned by a registered reputed company. Essential Job Functions: · Acts as member of a multidisciplinary team that identifies and addresses patient care needs. · Assists in completion of activities of daily living, mobilization, admit/discharge and obtaining vital signs. · Updates and retrieves patient information. · Ensures patient environment is maintained in a clean, reputed company and reputed company manner. · Acts as part of an assigned care team. · Other duties as assigned.
