<li>At least 1 year of customer service or technical support experience.</li>
<li>Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.</li>
<li>Familiarity with Microsoft products (Windows, Office Suite) is a plus.</li>
<li>Availability to work 20-25 hours per week with flexible shifts.</li>
